Face Yoga is a natural way of helping yourself to look and feel younger
and healthier with an added sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It combines
face exercises, face massage, face acupressure and face relaxation. It
also focuses on wellbeing techniques for the mind, body and soul. Face
Yoga is based on traditional techniques and the latest research to give
safe, natural anti-ageing results which you can achieve simply by using
these techniques each day.
Just as your body needs regular exercise to stay toned and firm, the 57
muscles in the face and neck also need to be exercised. It's never too
early or late to start! These facial exercises will help to tone and lift, and so
to reduce lines, sagging, puffiness, etc.
As a Face Yoga teacher, I will teach you how to effectively use facial
exercise, self face massage and self acupressure techniques for yourself
every day so that you can help yourself to look and feel younger, healthier,
and more relaxed.
I teach the techniques in group workshops and one to one classes in North
Devon and Plymouth.
